COBB Intake System w/ HCT for Ford F-150 EcoBoost Raptor 2021+

The COBB Intake System with HCT is designed to improve airflow and performance on the 2021+ Ford F-150 Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost while maintaining factory emissions functionality. This high-quality bolt-on upgrade replaces the restrictive factory intake piping with dual 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, allowing the twin turbochargers to receive increased airflow for improved performance and response.

Featuring an integrated OEM-grade HydroCarbon Trap (HCT), this intake maintains the emissions functionality of the factory system while improving airflow potential. The HydroCarbon Trap is incorporated into the intake tubing using COBB’s custom-designed retaining cage, providing factory-style vapor filtering without sacrificing performance.

The redesigned intake system includes an injection-molded, fiber-reinforced composite airbox lid with a closed-cell foam gasket to help protect the filter from mud, dirt, and debris. A dual-inlet tapered-oval high-flow filter provides 165% more surface area than the factory filter, increasing airflow and producing a more noticeable turbo induction sound during acceleration.

Finished with wrinkle black powder-coated tubing, premium silicone couplers, and a clean OEM-inspired design, the COBB Intake System enhances the Raptor’s performance and appearance while providing an easy bolt-on installation.
