From settling into a new shop to rolling out technology upgrades, we have been busy behind the scenes and we are excited to share what we have been working on.
Our New Shop on St. Paul Road
At the start of the year, we made a big move into our new shop on St. Paul Road in O’Fallon, Missouri. The new space gives us room to grow, streamline how we work, and better handle the projects and builds coming through our doors. For our team, it has been a game changer, and for our customers it means faster turnaround, more capability, and a shop that reflects the quality of the work we put into every car.
A New Website for a New Year
Along with the move, we also launched a completely redesigned website early in 2025. The goal was simple: make it easier to find what you are looking for. The new site is faster, easier to navigate, and much more mobile friendly. Whether you are browsing parts, digging into specs, or just exploring what is new, the site is built to give you a smooth experience from start to finish.
Smarter Support with AI Chat
We also added an AI powered chat assistant to the new site. Think of it as your go to helper when you have questions about parts, builds, or orders. It is available twenty four seven, so you do not have to wait for business hours to get answers. It has been a huge help for customers who want quick information, and for us it frees up time to focus on the more detailed, personalized questions we enjoy working through.
Keeping You in the Loop with Automated Updates
Nothing is worse than wondering what is going on with your order. That is why we rolled out automated order updates this year. From the second you place your order to the moment your package ships, you will get clear updates along the way. It is simple, but it makes the buying process a lot smoother and less stressful.
Better Product Information and More Transparency
We have also been tackling one of the biggest requests from our community: better product information. Across the site, we are updating product listings with more detailed descriptions, specifications, and resources so you know exactly what you are getting and how it fits into your build. It is a lot of work, but it is worth it if it means you have more confidence when shopping with us.
