Panda Motorworks – Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Order Cancellation Policy

1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By placing an order with Panda Motorworks, you expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by this Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Order Cancellation Policy (the ā€œPolicyā€). You further acknowledge that:

  • You have had a full opportunity to review this Policy prior to purchase.

  • Completion of your order constitutes a binding legal agreement to all terms herein.

  • No automated messages, chatbots, AI outputs, or third-party statements can modify or override this Policy unless expressly confirmed in writing by a human representative of Panda Motorworks.


2. Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items (including but not limited to):

  • Special order parts (turbos, international items, made-to-order items, drop-shipped items)

  • Lay-Buy purchases, including deposits

  • Custom-ordered items not regularly stocked

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products (including tunes)

Return Process:

  • Returns and cancellations must be initiated exclusively through support@pandamotorworks.com

  • Authorization must be confirmed by a human representative. Automated messages, AI outputs, or chatbots do not constitute valid authorization.

  • Returns must not be shipped directly to the manufacturer.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or equivalent) is required.


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by the Company

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process:

  • Once received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days, and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  1. Re-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

4. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only for defective or damaged items.

  • To request an exchange, contact support@pandamotorworks.com to obtain written authorization from a human representative.

  • Ship exchanges to:

  • Exchanges for reasons other than defect or damage are prohibited.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are subject to a 7% non-refundable Bank Service Fee.

  • Refunds issued as in-store credit are 100% of the order total.

  • All cancellations must be initiated through support@pandamotorworks.com and confirmed by a human representative.


7. Gifts

  • If purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

  • If the item was shipped to the gift giver, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


8. Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

  • Delivery times for exchanges vary by location.

  • For items over $75, use trackable shipping or purchase insurance. Panda Motorworks does not guarantee receipt of returned items.


9. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or dispute without prior authorization from Panda Motorworks is strictly prohibited.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

    • Loss of eligibility for refunds, exchanges, or returns

    • Liability for any fees, costs, or losses incurred by the Company

    • No waiver of the requirements in this Policy


10. Final Acknowledgment

By completing your order, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and had the opportunity to review this Policy in full.

  • You accept and agree to be bound by all terms, limitations, and fees described herein.

  • This Policy constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and Panda Motorworks.
