To bring our tuning into your garage, we’ve partnered with HP Tuners and their powerful RTD, or Remote Tuning Device. This isn’t some clunky piece of hardware from the early days of tuning, it’s a sleek, professional-grade tool designed to make remote tuning effortless!
With the RTD, your Bronco connects seamlessly to your phone through the Tune Delivery Network (TDN) app. Flashing a tune is as simple as a few taps, and the device also allows you to log data and share it with our calibrator directly. Everything is stored safely in the cloud, meaning your tunes and logs are always within reach. Built on the same foundation as HP Tuners’ MPVI3 hardware used by professionals around the world, the RTD gives you that same level of control in a customer-friendly package.
Personalized Support Every Step of the Way

When you purchase a tune, you’ll receive a Tune Ticket, which is a direct line of communication with our calibrator. This isn’t a faceless support system or an automated response bot. It’s a real person who is there to answer questions, review your logs, and make sure you’re confident with every step of the process.
We understand that tuning can feel intimidating if you’re new to it, which is why we pride ourselves on being accessible and responsive. On average, you can expect a reply within 24 hours during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9–5 CST). Real Power Gains on the 2.7L Bronco
So what kind of difference does our custom tuning make? On our test Bronco, which was stock except for an Injen intake and fitted with 35-inch tires, we saw gains of 55 horsepower and 52 lb-ft of torque under the curve, and peak numbers of 32 horsepower and 40 lb-ft of torque while running 91 octane fuel! Those numbers might not sound extreme at first glance, but in real-world driving they completely change the way the Bronco responds. Torque comes on stronger, acceleration feels sharper, and overall drivability improves across the board.
It’s worth noting that these gains were octane-limited. On 93 octane fuel, there’s even more headroom to push further, and that’s something we’ll continue to explore as we expand our development.

While this calibration is fully developed and ready to deliver results, we’re continuing to push the envelope with additional testing on higher octane fuels and popular bolt-on upgrades.
