We put our shop 2.3L Bronco through testing on our Dynojet 224x, equipped with:

• Mishimoto Intake
• Mishimoto Intercooler
• XForce Performance Exhaust Catback
• Custom Panda Tuned calibrations through HP Tuners RTD

Here’s what we saw on 93 octane fuel:

Stock: 232 WHP / 305 WTQ
FRPP Calibration: 284 WHP / 337 WTQ
Panda 93 Tune: 305 WHP / 365 WTQ

That’s a gain of +73 WHP and +60 WTQ over stock with our 93 octane calibration.

Switching to an E50 Panda Tune pushed the setup even further:

E50 Panda Tune: 331 WHP / 382 WTQ

That’s a gain of +99 WHP and +77 WTQ over stock with our E50 octane calibration.

On the road, it’s a night-and-day difference. Torque hits harder, acceleration feels stronger, and throttle response is sharper—all while keeping the smooth daily drivability the Bronco is known for.
