Unlike traditional lift kits that rely solely on suspension height, Turn Offroad Portal Axles raise the axle centerline itself, delivering true ground clearance where it matters most. An integrated 11% gear reduction increases torque at the wheels while reducing stress on axle shafts, differentials, and transmission components, making it easier to run larger tires without sacrificing drivability.
Built for demanding off-road environments, the portal housings are CNC-machined from lightweight 7075 aluminum and paired with hardened steel gears for exceptional strength and durability. A unique four-gear portal design distributes loads more evenly, while race-grade steel thread inserts ensure mounting points remain secure under repeated abuse.
