Description
The Turbosmart BOV Block-Off Cap is designed specifically for the stock 2.3L EcoBoost turbocharger found in the 2016–2018 Ford Focus RS turbo or Focus ST with a Garrett Powermax Stage 1 turbo installed. Manufactured from high-grade billet aluminum, this blanking plate eliminates the factory diverter valve when converting to an external blow-off valve setup.
The billet construction provides a durable, secure seal designed to prevent leaks and unwanted vibration. By eliminating the factory diverter valve from the turbocharger assembly, the block-off plate allows an external BOV to be installed on a Focus RS 2.3L EcoBoost turbochargers.
