Description
Description
he Radium Engineering VW/Audi 2.8L 24V VR6 Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit is designed to complete the installation of Radium’s 20-0878 VR6 fuel rail while retaining the factory hard-line connection points in the engine bay. It replaces the OEM fuel-system components downstream of the factory SAE quick-connect hard lines with a configurable PushLok hose setup, giving the upgraded rail a clean feed, return, and pressure-regulation solution.
A Radium MPR-RA multi-port fuel pressure regulator is included and provides 1:1 vacuum-referenced fuel pressure control for the dead-head rail configuration. The supplied 0-100 psi pressure gauge makes base-pressure setup and monitoring straightforward, while the included 8AN and 6AN fittings, SAE quick-connect hose ends, EFI hose, clamps, and vacuum line provide the hardware needed to complete the plumbing. The EFI hoses are compatible with gasoline, E85, and other common automotive fuels.
Radium lists this plumbing kit for 2002-2005 Volkswagen Golf GTI, 2001-2004 Volkswagen Jetta GLX, and 2001-2004 Volkswagen Jetta GLI applications using the 2.8L 24V VR6. Although the product is commonly marketed as a VW/Audi kit, those are the specific vehicle applications currently listed by Radium.
