Description
Complete the rear fuel-system plumbing for a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI equipped with a Radium Engineering fuel pump hanger using the Radium Fuel Hanger Connection Kit.
Designed specifically for the EVO 6, this application-specific kit provides the hoses, fittings, adapters, and retaining hardware required to connect the Radium fuel pump hanger to the vehicle's OEM fuel hard lines at the rear of the car. It eliminates much of the fabrication and fitting selection normally required when adapting an upgraded fuel hanger to the factory chassis plumbing.
From the fuel pump outlet, a long 8AN PTFE feed hose routes underneath the right-hand side of the fuel tank. The supplied SAE quick-connect adapter allows the upgraded feed line to connect directly to the factory hard line.
On the return side, fuel coming back from the factory fuel pressure regulator travels through the OEM barbed hard line beneath the fuel tank. The included rubber adapter hose transitions this connection to 6AN, where a 6AN PTFE hose routes across the tank and connects to the return port on the Radium fuel pump hanger.
Two anodized billet aluminum clamps are supplied to properly retain the larger PTFE fuel lines across the upper front portion of the tank, creating a secure and application-specific installation.
This kit is intended as the connection between the Radium EVO 1-6 Fuel Pump Hanger and the EVO 6 factory hard lines. Customers wanting to replace the factory feed and return plumbing all the way to the engine bay should pair this kit with the appropriate Radium EVO 1-6 Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit.
