Description
Description
The Radium Engineering Dual Catch Can Kit with Fluid Lock for the 2015-2019 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Z06 is a complete, vehicle-specific crankcase ventilation upgrade for the supercharged LT4. It uses two separate catch cans so the PCV and CCV sides of the crankcase ventilation system are filtered independently, helping keep oil mist, moisture, unburned fuel vapor, and sludge out of the intake tract.
The front catch can handles the CCV side, intercepting the dry-sump vent line before crankcase vapor reaches the intake. The rear catch can handles the PCV side. Because the factory PCV valve is integrated beneath the supercharger, Radium supplies a billet PCV bypass and its own PCV valve to properly route crankcase vacuum through the catch can.
Both cans use Radium’s Fluid Lock design, which prevents accumulated contaminants from being pulled back into the engine if a catch can reaches capacity. Each can also features two-stage oil separation, an integrated dipstick, 10AN ORB inlet and outlet ports, and a 7-fluid-ounce reservoir. The complete system mounts near the front driver side of the engine using application-specific aluminum brackets and requires no drilling.
