Description
The Radium Engineering 2014-2019 C7 Corvette Fuel Pump Hanger replaces the factory in-tank fuel pump assembly with a high-flow, serviceable system designed for modified and high-horsepower Corvette applications. The hanger installs without cutting or modifying the vehicle and can be configured around a range of high-flow aftermarket fuel pumps. This version does not include a fuel pump.
An integrated fuel collector helps keep the pump inlet supplied during hard acceleration, braking, and cornering. The collector is continually replenished by fuel returning from the regulator, fuel scavenged from the passive side of the Corvette’s saddle-style tank, and two one-way fill valves rated at 355 LPH each. This design helps reduce the chance of fuel starvation during aggressive driving.
The hanger uses a 10AN ORB female pump outlet with an included 8AN male adapter and an 8AN ORB female return port with an included 6AN male adapter. It supports numerous pumps from Walbro/Ti Automotive, AEM, DeatschWerks, Fuelab, and other manufacturers. A second pump can also be added using Radium’s optional 20-0937 dual-pump add-on.
Because the Radium hanger eliminates the factory in-tank regulator and post-pump filter, an external fuel pressure regulator and low-micron fuel filter are required. Radium offers vehicle-specific plumbing kits for installations that need a complete feed, return, filtration, and regulator solution.
