QKspl™ Ford Bronco Raptor ('22+) Cast Bellmouth Downpipes

Unlike conventional downpipes that rely on welded flange-and-tube designs, cp-e® developed a completely new approach tailored specifically for the Bronco Raptor.

The heart of the system is a set of unique cast stainless bellmouths, designed to withstand extreme heat and vibration far better than traditional setups. The design incorporates an upper O2 bung port cast into the structure for perfect placement in the Bronco Raptor’s tight exhaust tunnel, ensuring precise sensor readings and hassle-free installation.

At the core of the downpipe, cp-e® uses a brazed catalytic converter bonded directly to the sidewall of the shell for unrestricted airflow and long-term durability—avoiding the weaker “stuffed and rolled” method seen in lesser products. To further improve strength and flow, stamped endcaps are integrated into the design.

A secondary O2 sensor is CNC-machined in-house for a precise fit and mounted with CNC laser-cut brackets for rock-solid stability. All tubing is CNC mandrel-bent from 16-gauge stainless steel and formed as a single piece, providing superior strength and resistance to high-heat cycles and vibration.

Even the smallest details have been refined—cp-e® engineered its own multi-layer stainless steel exhaust gaskets inspired by the best designs in the industry. Featuring four layers of stainless steel instead of the typical two, these gaskets compress more effectively for a tighter, more reliable seal.

Every step of production—CNC cutting, bending, fixturing, and TIG welding—is performed in-house using CAD-designed fixtures for exact consistency. Finished in a Titan brushed finish and backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty, this is the only Bronco Raptor downpipe designed to perform as hard as the truck itself.
