The COBB BCS eliminates boost spikes and fluctuation common in factory setups by enabling more accurate ECU-driven control. It supports boost levels up to 120 PSI, making it the go-to solution for everything from daily drivers to full race builds.

Designed for ease of installation, this solenoid includes a plug-and-play 18-gauge wiring harness that connects directly to the OEM connector. A custom aluminum mounting bracket and stainless steel hardware are included for direct fitment in the stock location, along with zip ties and boost-line for a clean, OEM-style routing.

To ensure durability in demanding environments, the COBB BCS features 1/8” nickel-plated low-profile barbed fittings, Viton spools and seals, and waterproofing throughout. Optional 1/4” fittings are available separately. The internal components are lubricated with high-performance Dow Corning silicone grease, and the solenoid wires are ultrasonically welded for long-lasting reliability—even under washdown or high heat conditions.

Whether you're running an internal or external wastegate, COBB includes detailed routing diagrams and step-by-step install instructions with every unit. Once installed, a proper ECU tune is required to take advantage of the BCS’s full capabilities.
