Mishimoto Performance Intercooler 2024+ Ford Mustang EcoBoost

Upgrade the cooling performance of your 2024+ Ford Mustang EcoBoost with the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler. Designed as a direct-fit replacement for the factory intercooler, this system delivers significantly improved charge-air cooling, increased airflow, and measurable power gains while remaining safe to use with the factory tune.

Mishimoto maximized the available space behind the factory bumper to create a bar-and-plate intercooler with 60% more core volume than stock. Large 63mm inlet and outlet connections improve charge-air flow, while an internal diverter plate distributes air evenly across the core for more efficient cooling.

Testing showed reductions in outlet air temperatures of up to 60°F, along with gains of up to 12 horsepower and 11 lb-ft of torque on the stock tune. The intercooler supports applications producing up to 526 horsepower, making it an excellent upgrade for both stock and modified EcoBoost Mustangs.

Installation requires no cutting and retains compatibility with the factory ducting, OEM intercooler piping, and Mishimoto intercooler pipes. Foam sealing strips help direct airflow through the core, while the included bottom air deflector improves underbody airflow and minimizes unwanted noise and vibration.

Because of the larger core's additional weight, Mishimoto mounts the intercooler directly to the subframe using four EPDM rubber isolation mounts for improved support and vibration control. A pre-drilled and tapped NPT port is also included for auxiliary sensors or data logging.

All required installation hardware is included, and the intercooler is backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
