Going with big tires on your new full-size Bronco? You will promptly realize you're going to run into your stock intrusion beams. These steel tubular pieces are designed as a collision safety feature, however, they interfere with larger than OEM tires, particularly near full lock turning. Thankfully, these beams simply bolt on to the chassis and can be easily replaced.
While gaining this much-needed clearance was crucial, we didn't want to sacrifice integrity, so we machined these ones from a solid block of 6061 Aluminum - lightweight and STRONG! They also won't rust like a steel one WILL. Their solid nature also impedes moisture and salt from gaining access to the inside of the vehicle's frame, unlike stock or other aftermarket versions.
Adds some visual appeal, available in your choice of anodized colors. Made in-house right here in the USA! Includes high-strength grade 10.9 Zinc and Yellow plated hardware in case your factory stuff is destroyed from road salt or serious wheeling! Due to the placement of this part, it is inherent that it will be struck by all manner of road / off-road debris. Therefore, the finish should be expected to wear over time.
