J&L Driver Side Oil Separator 3.0 (2022-2024 Ford Maverick 2.0 EcoBoost) and other 2019-2024 2.0 ecoboost vehicles

The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator is designed to reduce the amount of oil vapor and contaminants that are recirculated through the intake system on turbocharged Ford and Lincoln 2.0L EcoBoost engines. Built from solid billet aluminum, the 3-ounce separator uses a multi-stage filtration system to capture oil vapors before they can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold.

The internal filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with a 1/2-inch-thick aluminum honeycomb filter. As oil vapors pass through the system, they condense and become heavy enough to collect in the removable 3-ounce reservoir.

The knurled bottom makes servicing simple, while an O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. J&L designs its kits for easy installation and maintenance while allowing the factory hose to be retained if the vehicle is ever returned to stock.

Note: This product does not fit with the factory engine cover if your vehicle is equipped with one. Professional installation is recommended, and J&L recommends reviewing the complete installation procedure before ordering.
