Each rotor combines a proprietary high-carbon cast iron ring with a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum hat, both proudly made and assembled in the USA. The rotors feature 48 curved vanes that act as a centrifugal pump, maximizing airflow to keep brake temperatures low during spirited street driving or track sessions.

The floating mount system uses cadmium-plated alloy steel drive pins and anti-noise spring washers, ensuring precise alignment, quiet operation, and reliable thermal expansion management. When the rings wear, simply replace them without changing the aluminum hats, saving time and money.
