Unlock the full potential of your 2025 Ford Bronco 2.3L EcoBoost with the Ford Performance ProCal 4 Calibration Kit. Designed and dyno-tested by Ford Performance engineers, this performance calibration increases horsepower, torque, and throttle response while maintaining the reliability and drivability expected from an OEM-developed upgrade.
With the Ford Performance calibration installed, your Bronco’s 2.3L EcoBoost engine delivers up to 333 horsepower at 5,000 RPM and 415 lb-ft of torque at 3,500 RPM, providing stronger acceleration and improved responsiveness across the entire RPM range. Automatic transmission models also receive an optimized shift schedule, enhancing both performance and daily drivability.
This kit includes the ProCal 4 delivery tool, allowing you to install the performance calibration and configure important vehicle parameters such as tire size and axle ratios. The system supports tire size changes up to 37x12.5R17 BFGoodrich KO2 tires and axle ratios up to 5.38, making it ideal for Bronco owners running larger off-road setups. It can also enable an upgrade from the M190 to M210 front drive unit by reconfiguring the DLCM module.
Unlike some aftermarket tunes, this calibration is engineered by Ford Performance and backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty when installed by a Ford dealer or ASE/Red Seal certified technician. The calibration is 49-state street legal, meaning it is approved for use in all states except California.
