Description
The FactionFab MAF Sensor Replacement O-Ring provides a direct replacement for the factory MAF sensor seal used on 2002–2007 Subaru WRX and 2004–2007 Subaru STI applications. The factory O-ring can deteriorate over time due to repeated intake removal, underhood heat, and exposure to changing weather conditions, making a fresh seal a useful service item during intake or MAF sensor maintenance.
Manufactured from oil-resistant Buna-N rubber, this replacement O-ring is designed to provide long-term resistance to oil, chemicals, and elevated temperatures. The material is specified to withstand temperatures from below freezing to more than 200°F, helping maintain a reliable seal through normal engine-bay temperature changes.
The FactionFab O-ring is designed as a direct replacement for the original MAF sensor seal and does not require modifications for compatible applications. Since Subaru does not offer the MAF sensor O-ring separately as an individual service part, this replacement provides a convenient way to restore the seal without replacing the complete sensor assembly.
