CSF High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator for Toyota GR Corolla & GR Yaris

Upgrade the cooling system on your Toyota GR Corolla or Toyota GR Yaris with the CSF High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator. Built using data collected from development partners and race teams, this CSF radiator was engineered as an ideal high-performance replacement for the factory radiator on the 2023+ Toyota GR Corolla and 2020+ Toyota GR Yaris.

The CSF radiator features a larger 2-row, 42mm aluminum core that increases coolant capacity and improves heat dissipation under demanding street, track, and performance driving conditions. CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology increases heat transfer by approximately 15% compared to standard oval welded tubes, helping improve cooling efficiency, temperature recovery, and overall radiator performance.

For even greater cooling performance, CSF uses its latest track-spec 5mm tall fin technology. These ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins increase heat exchange surface area while still maintaining strong airflow through the radiator core. The result is a performance radiator designed to control coolant temperatures during aggressive driving, high-load use, and upgraded GR Corolla or GR Yaris builds.

This CSF high-performance radiator is constructed from 100% TIG-welded aluminum and finished in a hand-brushed satin finish. It includes CNC-machined mounting brackets, OEM-style inlet and outlet connections, pre-installed foam strips for improved sealing, and a pre-plugged 1/8-inch NPT temperature sensor port on the right side tank.

The end tanks are designed with additional clearance for the CSF x Jackson Racing intercooler and other aftermarket intercoolers with larger inlet and outlet pipes. Best of all, this radiator is a true plug-and-play drop-in fit installation that requires no cutting, trimming, welding, or permanent modification.
