The cp-e® QKspl™ Downpipe for the 2021-2024 Ford Bronco 2.3L EcoBoost is engineered to improve exhaust flow while maintaining exceptional strength and reliability. Featuring an exclusive stainless steel cast bellmouth design, this downpipe eliminates the weak points found in traditional flange and tube-style constructions.
The integrated cast bellmouth provides a smoother transition from the turbocharger outlet into the exhaust system, helping reduce turbulence and improve overall flow. Designed specifically around the tight packaging of the Bronco 2.3T platform, the QKspl™ downpipe includes an optimized upper O2 sensor location and precision-machined secondary O2 bung for reliable sensor fitment.
Using 3-inch mandrel-bent, 16-gauge stainless steel tubing, the cp-e® downpipe provides increased durability against the extreme heat and vibration found in turbocharged exhaust applications. The reinforced Euro-style flex section adds additional strength and helps prevent cracking during high-performance use.
The EcoF™ by GESi high-flow catalyst provides improved exhaust flow over the factory catalytic converter while maintaining emissions-focused catalyst technology. The catalyst is brazed into the housing for increased durability and improved airflow compared to conventional catalyst mounting methods.
Built with precision manufacturing, CAD-designed fixturing, CNC bending, and in-house fabrication, the cp-e® QKspl™ Cast Bellmouth Downpipe delivers the performance, fitment, and durability expected from a premium EcoBoost upgrade.
