Banks Power 24-26 Toyota 2.4L Ram Air Intake w/ Oiled Filter

The Banks Power Ram-Air Cold Air Intake System is engineered to deliver measurable performance gains for the 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma and 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner equipped with the 2.4L turbocharged engine. Designed by Gale Banks and his engineering team with over 60 years of forced-induction expertise, this system combines advanced airflow engineering with real-world dyno and road testing to outperform every competitor in its class.

At the heart of the system is a large side-fender Ram-Air inlet that takes advantage of incoming airflow at speed, increasing intake air density before it ever reaches the turbocharger. This reduces turbo workload, improves boost response, and allows the turbo to achieve the same air density at lower shaft speeds—helping extend turbo life while improving drivability.

The intake features a massive, organically shaped intake tube with a 72% larger inlet than stock and airflow that is 30% greater than the factory system. A unique cobra-head style inlet expands the factory 2.75-inch filter outlet to an enormous 5-inch outlet, maintaining air velocity and minimizing turbulence for peak turbo efficiency.

Banks’ enclosed airbox keeps hot engine-bay air out, while evenly distributing airflow across the entire filter surface. The oversized oiled Ram-Air filter provides superior filtration, longer service intervals, and sustained performance even in dusty or off-road environments. A patented Slipper Fit design allows for engine movement without leaks or stress on components, ensuring durability under hard driving conditions.

This system installs as a complete bolt-on upgrade, delivers aggressive induction sound, and does not trigger a check engine light. It is also compatible with factory snorkels thanks to the removable side inlet.
