AWE SwitchPath™ Exhaust for Jeep Wrangler 392

The AWE SwitchPath™ Exhaust for the Jeep Wrangler 392 was engineered specifically for the factory 6.4L HEMI-powered Wrangler, delivering aggressive sound, premium durability, and trail-ready functionality in one complete package.

Constructed from U.S.-sourced .065” wall T304L stainless steel, the dual 3” catback system is designed to maximize flow, improve throttle response, and provide dyno-verified gains of up to 9 horsepower and 5 lb-ft of torque at the wheels. A bespoke resonated H-pipe enhances the deep, muscular tone of the 392 while minimizing unwanted rasp.

At the center of the system is AWE’s tailored SwitchPath™ muffler, featuring OE-tier electronic valves that retain full factory operation through both the dashboard controls and throttle input. With the valves closed, the system remains refined and comfortable for cruising. Open them up, and the Wrangler 392 delivers a much more aggressive HEMI soundtrack with increased volume and character.

Built for off-road use, the system features quad high-clearance outlets protected by AWE BashGuard™ technology. Each outlet incorporates a reinforced .125” stainless steel ring designed to withstand impacts and maximize departure angle clearance. Additional features include locking exhaust hanger collars to prevent movement during aggressive driving and custom heat shielding for the rear passenger-side trunk pan.
