Unleash the true performance of your 2022ā2025 Ford Bronco Raptor or 2024ā2025 Ranger Raptor with the aFe POWER BladeRunner Aluminum Charge Pipe Kits. The factory charge pipes are restrictive and prone to pressure loss, limiting both horsepower and efficiency. The BladeRunner system replaces them with mandrel-bent, TIG-welded aluminum hot and cold side pipes designed for maximum airflow and durability.
Each kit includes factory-style quick-connect adaptors with O-ring seals for a leak-free installation, heavy-duty 5-ply reinforced silicone couplings, and stainless-steel SmartSeal clamps to withstand the demands of high boost. The hot side pipe is constructed in 2-1/4ā diameter tubing, while the cold side flows through a large 3ā pipe to ensure smooth transitions and lower operating temperatures. Built-in 1/8ā NPT ports allow for the addition of sensors or water-methanol injection, and a CNC-machined blow-off valve adapter is integrated into the hot side pipe for convenience.
Available in wrinkle black or textured red powder-coated finishes, the BladeRunner Charge Pipe Kits not only boost airflow by up to 21% but also enhance the engine bay with a custom look. For those who prefer individual upgrades, the hot side (46-20758-B) and cold side (46-20759-B) pipes are also available separately.
