Designed for all 2017–2021 Honda Civic Type R FK8 models, including RHD and international variants, this performance package improves airflow, reduces charge air temperatures, and provides greater consistency during spirited driving and high-power applications.

The PRL Billet Intercooler features a large 26.5 x 3.5 x 7.25-inch bar-and-plate core rated for 550+ horsepower. Compared to the factory intercooler, the upgraded core increases surface area by 85% and internal airflow by 83%, helping reduce heat soak and maintain more consistent performance.

Billet-machined aluminum end tanks maximize cooling efficiency while providing a clean, high-quality appearance. The intercooler is designed to utilize factory mounting locations, bolts, air ducts, and shrouds, allowing for a straightforward installation without cutting, fitting, or trimming.

The included PRL Charge Pipe Upgrade Kit complements the larger intercooler with smoother, higher-flowing charge piping. The cold-side piping features an increased diameter to improve airflow, while the factory-diameter hot-side outlet helps maintain turbocharger spool characteristics. High-temperature 4-ply silicone couplers provide improved durability, heat resistance, and resistance to boost expansion compared to the factory rubber hoses.
