That’s why we created Full Throttle Shipping Protection—our premium coverage plan that safeguards your order from damage or theft in transit and includes free return shipping on eligible items.
What’s Covered:
Damage in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. Just provide photos and details within 48 hours of delivery.
Theft After Delivery
If your package is stolen after being marked as delivered, we’ll send a replacement—pending verification and eligibility.
Free Return Shipping
If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item at no cost—minus the cost of the Full Throttle Shipping Protection fee.
(Available only for qualifying items shipped within the continental U.S.)
What’s Not Covered:
Minor cosmetic issues that don’t affect performance.
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Oversized items, including:
Hoods, Trunks, Doors, Bumpers, Body kits
Lost packages that were not marked as delivered by the carrier.
International orders or shipments outside the continental 48 states.
How to File a Claim:

We’ll review your claim and either replace the item or offer a refund (in rare cases where replacement isn’t possible)

Orders shipped within the continental U.S.
Orders where Full Throttle Shipping Protection was selected at checkout
Exclusions:
Oversize items (see list above)
International orders
Orders without Full Throttle Shipping Protection selected at checkout
Customers will be responsible for return shipping on non-qualifying orders.
Additional Notes:
The cost of Full Throttle Shipping Protection is non-refundable.
Return refunds will be issued minus the cost of Shipping Protection.
We reserve the right to deny claims in cases of fraud, abuse, or failure to follow claim procedures.
