If your Fiesta ST’s 1.6L EcoBoost engine feels restricted, the Injen SP Series Cold Air Intake System is designed to help it breathe deeper and perform better. This intake system replaces the factory intake with a high-flow design that improves airflow efficiency, resulting in stronger throttle response and increased horsepower.
The SP Series is Injen Technology’s flagship aluminum intake line and incorporates several of the company’s patented airflow technologies. These include MegaRam (MR) Technology and Air Fusion Technology, which optimize the airflow path through the intake to improve performance while maintaining safe air-fuel ratios.
At the core of the system is a mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum intake tube that provides a smooth, uninterrupted airflow path. This reduces restriction and helps maximize the amount of air entering the engine. The intake also includes a custom heat shield designed specifically for the Fiesta ST application to protect intake temperatures from engine bay heat.
The system comes equipped with an Injen SuperNano-Web dry air filter, which increases filter surface area for improved airflow while delivering excellent filtration performance. The filter is fully serviceable and designed for long-term durability.
With dyno-proven gains of up to 8 horsepower and 7 lb-ft of torque, the Injen SP intake improves both performance and driving experience. In addition to the measurable power increase, it produces an aggressive intake tone under acceleration, giving your Fiesta ST a more performance-oriented sound.
