The AWE Performance Exhaust Suite for the McLaren 720S was engineered to enhance the exotic character of McLaren’s twin-turbocharged V8 with refined acoustics, premium construction, and uncompromising fitment. Designed, engineered, tested, and manufactured entirely in-house in the USA, the AWE system transforms the 720S driving experience with a deeper, smoother, and more sophisticated exhaust note.

At the core of the system is a bespoke X-pipe configuration specifically tailored for the high-revving 4.0L V8 engine. This carefully engineered design promotes balanced exhaust flow while delivering the sharp exotic tone expected from a supercar of this caliber. The result is an aggressive yet refined soundtrack that perfectly complements the McLaren platform.

Constructed from 3” diameter, .065”-wall U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel, the system utilizes CNC mandrel-bent tubing for maximum flow and long-term durability. Robust stainless steel flex sections with interlocking liners allow controlled movement under extreme heat and torque loads while maintaining structural integrity and proper alignment.

AWE also engineered the rear section with factory-correct rigid mounting points and precision-length tip outlets to ensure perfect tip positioning even under aggressive driving conditions and thermal expansion.

Drivers can retain the factory exhaust tips or upgrade to AWE’s premium 102mm double-walled tips available in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black finishes. Each tip features integrated AWE branding and is engineered to work seamlessly with the factory ball socket mounting system for OEM-quality fitment.
