AWE Performance Exhaust Suite for FA20-Equipped WRX

The Exhaust Suite for the FA20-equipped WRX is engineered specifically around the acoustic behavior of Subaru’s BOXER® engine, delivering a refined balance of aggression, flow, and daily drivability. This is not a repurposed STI system—it is purpose-built for the WRX platform.

Built around a full 3” mandrel-bent stainless steel architecture, the system prioritizes unrestricted exhaust flow while maintaining precision tone control. The Touring Edition uses a resonated midsection and rear muffling to eliminate cabin drone while preserving a deep, aggressive soundtrack. The Track Edition removes rear muffling for a raw, unfiltered exhaust note with maximum intensity under load.

Both versions feature a straight-through design for optimized performance and are dyno-proven to deliver gains of up to +8 hp and +4 lb-ft of torque at the wheels. A modular design allows easy conversion between Touring and Track configurations using optional conversion kits.

Quad 102mm tips in chrome silver or diamond black complete the system, offering a bold rear aesthetic with adjustable depth for precise fitment.

This exhaust suite installs as a direct bolt-on system with factory-like simplicity, requiring no ECU tuning. It is designed for enthusiasts who want performance, sound customization, and long-term durability without compromise.
