The AWE FG Exhaust Suite for the Gen 2 Ford Raptor is a modular performance system engineered to completely redefine the sound, flow, and personality of Ford’s 3.5L EcoBoost platform. Built around AWE’s signature engineering philosophy of “less is more,” the FG suite allows drivers to choose between 2FG, 1FG, or full 0FG configurations depending on desired tone and performance level.

At the core of the system is a precision-engineered H-pipe that replaces restrictive factory components, unlocking a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note while improving flow characteristics. Constructed from CNC mandrel-bent U.S.-sourced .065” wall T304L stainless steel, the system delivers durability, reduced weight, and long-term corrosion resistance in all driving conditions.

The 2FG configuration replaces the factory mid muffler with a 3-inch H-pipe and over-axle tubing, delivering a noticeable increase in turbo sound presence and a weight reduction of 23.5 lbs. The 1FG configuration builds on this by replacing the factory front resonator with resonated front sections, creating a true dual-style exhaust path with increased volume and a refined, drone-free tone while saving approximately 24 lbs over stock.

The full 0FG configuration combines both systems into a complete catback suite, finished with dual 3-inch stainless steel tailpipes and AWE’s signature 5-inch double-walled diamond black tips. This setup delivers the most aggressive soundtrack in the lineup while maintaining cabin comfort at cruising speeds. Total weight savings reach up to 41 lbs compared to factory equipment.

AWE’s modular design allows for seamless upgrades between configurations at any time, giving owners the ability to build their exhaust system progressively. Installation is fully bolt-on with no cutting required, and SuperCrew fitment adapters are included where applicable.
