The AWE SwitchPath™ Exhaust Suite for the Gen 3 Ford Raptor R 5.2L Supercharged V8 is engineered to unlock the full voice and performance of Ford’s most powerful factory truck while maintaining complete daily drivability.

This true dual 3-inch catback system is built around AWE’s SwitchPath™ valved architecture, giving the Raptor R two distinct personalities. With the valves closed, the exhaust remains smooth, refined, and comfortable for highway cruising with near-stock interior acoustics. Open the valves, and the 5.2L supercharged V8 transforms into a raw, aggressive soundtrack with deep tone and high-flow performance character.

A bespoke AWE X-pipe is integrated into the system to balance exhaust pulses, smooth tone delivery, and maximize flow efficiency across the entire RPM range. Combined with AWE’s patented valved design, the system eliminates unwanted drone frequencies while preserving a strong, muscular exhaust note under load.

Constructed entirely from CNC mandrel-bent U.S.-sourced .065” wall T304L stainless steel, the SwitchPath™ system is built for extreme durability and long-term performance. It includes resonated tail sections for tone refinement, locking exhaust hanger collars to eliminate movement, and a valve motor simulator bracket to ensure proper ECU function and fault-free operation.

Full OEM valve functionality is retained, allowing integration with factory drive modes, throttle input, and in-cabin exhaust controls. Installation is fully bolt-on with no cutting required.

The system is finished with AWE’s signature 5” double-walled tips, available in chrome silver or diamond black, designed to perfectly complement the Raptor R’s aggressive rear styling.
