The Tread Edition Axle-Back delivers the perfect balance of aggression and refinement using AWE’s patented 180 Technology® drone-canceling solution. Under throttle, the JL/JLU produces a deep, commanding exhaust tone, while highway cruising remains comfortable and drone-free inside the cabin. The system is handcrafted from 3-inch and 2.5-inch CNC mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel and features adjustable dual 4.5-inch double-walled slash-cut tips available in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black finishes. Adjustable outlets also allow fitment flexibility with aftermarket bumpers.

For drivers prioritizing maximum ground clearance and trail durability, the Trail Edition Catback is purpose-built for crawling and overlanding. Its high-clearance design exits immediately after the rear axle, eliminating vulnerable rear sections while maintaining a deep, refined exhaust note with minimal cabin drone.

The AWE Mid Pipes allow additional sound tuning and performance customization. The Resonated Mid Pipe delivers a deeper tone with refined volume, while the Non-Resonated Mid Pipe unlocks a louder, more aggressive exhaust character. Both configurations maintain excellent cabin comfort when paired with the Tread Edition system.

Further improving clearance and flow is the AWE Loop Replacement Pipe, which removes the restrictive factory loop section and replaces it with a smooth 2.25-inch T304L stainless steel bend for improved underbody clearance and cleaner exhaust routing.

Every component is proudly engineered, designed, and manufactured in-house at AWE using premium U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel. Dyno-proven gains of up to 5 horsepower and 10 lb-ft of torque at the wheels complement the aggressive tone and rugged durability.
