Designed for both 2-door JL and 4-door JLU models equipped with the 2.0L turbocharged engine, the AWE lineup includes the Tread Edition Axle-Back, Trail Edition Catback, Resonated and Non-Resonated Mid Pipes, and optional Loop Replacement Pipe configurations to tailor your Wrangler’s tone, clearance, and performance exactly how you want it.

The Tread Edition Axle-Back is built for drivers seeking a refined yet aggressive exhaust tone without sacrificing comfort. Featuring AWE’s patented 180 Technology® drone-canceling solution, the system produces a deep, full-bodied exhaust note under throttle while maintaining near-stock cabin comfort during highway cruising. Handcrafted from 3-inch and 2.5-inch CNC mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel, the Tread Edition offers a rugged straight-through design with dual 4.5-inch double-walled slash-cut tips available in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black finishes. Adjustable tip outlets also allow compatibility with many aftermarket bumpers.

For serious off-roaders and overland builds, the Trail Edition Catback provides maximum ground clearance with a high-clearance axle-exit design tucked safely above vulnerable trail obstacles. The Trail Edition retains a deep aggressive soundtrack while minimizing interference on steep departure angles and rough terrain.

Drivers can further customize the exhaust character with optional Resonated or Non-Resonated Mid Pipes. The Resonated Mid Pipe increases volume while maintaining a more refined tone, while the Non-Resonated Mid Pipe unleashes maximum aggression and turbo sound. Both options maintain a drone-free experience when paired with the Tread Edition’s 180 Technology®.

Every component is proudly engineered, designed, and manufactured in-house at AWE using U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel. Dyno-proven gains of up to 5 horsepower and 10 lb-ft of torque at the wheels help improve throttle response and overall driving enjoyment.
