The AWE Exhaust Suite for the S650 Ford Mustang GT was engineered from the ground up specifically for the newest generation 5.0L V8 platform—not adapted or carried over from previous chassis. Every tube, bend, and resonance profile is tailored to the S650’s unique architecture to deliver optimal flow, sound, and performance.

Available in SwitchPath™ and Track Edition configurations, this system gives drivers full control over their Mustang’s personality. SwitchPath™ retains factory valve functionality through OEM drive modes and programmable exhaust settings, allowing seamless transitions between refined cruising and aggressive full-throttle operation. Track Edition removes rear filtering for a raw, unfiltered exhaust note designed for maximum volume and presence.

At the core of both systems is a precision-engineered H-pipe, tuned specifically to produce a deep, rich muscle tone while minimizing rasp. Straight-through bullet-style resonators in the mid-pipes further refine sound quality, especially beneficial for vehicles with upgraded headers.

Constructed entirely from U.S.-sourced CNC mandrel-bent .065” wall T304L stainless steel, the system ensures long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and consistent exhaust flow. Modular slip-fit inlet adapters guarantee perfect compatibility with factory headers while maintaining a true dual 3” connection for future performance upgrades.

Dyno testing confirms gains of +12 horsepower and +10 lb-ft of torque at the wheels on an otherwise stock S650 Mustang GT, delivering both audible and measurable performance improvements. Weight savings further enhance responsiveness, with Track Edition weighing just 42 lbs compared to the stock 64.5 lbs system.

The system finishes with quad 4” double-walled slash-cut tips, available in chrome silver or diamond black, engineered to perfectly fill the S650 rear valance with a bold, factory-plus appearance.
