The AWE Exhaust Suite for the 2015–2017 Ford S550 Mustang GT was engineered to bring out the raw personality of Ford’s 5.0L V8 while delivering the perfect balance of performance, sound quality, and daily drivability.

Available in both Touring Edition and Track Edition configurations, the system is built around a full 3-inch straight-through catback architecture designed to maximize flow and minimize restriction. At the center of every configuration is AWE’s precision-engineered H-pipe, specifically developed to create a deep, classic muscle tone with reduced rasp and improved exhaust balance throughout the RPM range.

The Touring Edition incorporates AWE’s patented 180 Technology®, a drone-canceling solution engineered to eliminate unwanted cabin frequencies without relying on traditional packing materials. This allows the system to maintain an aggressive exhaust note under throttle while remaining refined and comfortable during highway cruising and daily driving.

For drivers wanting maximum aggression, the Track Edition removes the rear resonators entirely in favor of a fully straight-through rear section. The result is an unapologetically loud, raw exhaust note that delivers maximum presence both inside and outside the cabin.

Every system is handcrafted from U.S.-sourced CNC mandrel-bent .065” wall T304L stainless steel for long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and consistent flow characteristics. The clean, non-baffled design improves exhaust efficiency while maintaining a lightweight, performance-focused construction.

Dyno testing confirms gains of up to +8 horsepower and +18 lb-ft of torque to the crank on otherwise stock vehicles. The system finishes with quad 4-inch double-walled exhaust tips available in chrome silver or diamond black for a premium, aggressive appearance.

Installation is fully bolt-on with no cutting required, delivering factory-like simplicity and fitment. Please note that fitment is not approved for convertible Mustang GT models.
