The aFe POWER Rock Basher Cat-Back Exhaust System for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L Turbo is designed to improve exhaust flow, increase horsepower and torque, and deliver a rugged sound profile suited for both street and trail use. Dyno-tested results show gains of up to +16 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque, helping your Tacoma perform stronger across the powerband.
Constructed from 2-1/2 inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this system offers excellent strength and corrosion resistance for demanding driving conditions. A high-flow stainless steel muffler produces a throaty exhaust note without excessive harshness, while the Rock Basher design maintains clearance and durability.
Using factory-style flanges and hangers, this exhaust installs as a true bolt-on system with no cutting or modifications required. Designed with precision CAD modeling and fully MIG-welded construction, the Rock Basher exhaust delivers long-term reliability and consistent performance for gas and hybrid Tacoma models alike.
