Its robust bar-and-plate core is paired with durable cast aluminum end tanks to help reduce charge-air temperatures, improve airflow, and support consistent performance under demanding conditions.

Oversized 63mm inlet and outlet diameters help outflow the factory system for improved charge-air movement. A built-in diverter plate in the hot-side end tank promotes even airflow distribution across the core, helping maximize cooling performance and efficiency. With no tuning required, this intercooler can deliver gains of up to 12 horsepower and 11 ft-lbs of torque on a stock tune.

Installation is straightforward with no cutting required. The intercooler is fully compatible with factory ducting and works with both OEM and Mishimoto intercooler pipes. Foam sealing strips help direct maximum airflow through the core, while the included custom vacuum-formed bottom air deflector improves underbody airflow and helps reduce NVH with its ribbed structure.

To support the increased size and weight of the upgraded core, the intercooler mounts directly to the subframe using four EPDM rubber sandwich mounts. This design helps isolate vibration, increase rigidity, and provide a secure fit for performance use.
