With a massive 24" x 16.5" x 3.75" core, it’s more than double the size of the stock intercooler, allowing it to handle increased boost and sustained performance without heat soak.
On the dyno, this intercooler alone produced gains of +16 horsepower and +5 lb-ft of torque—and that’s without tuning. When paired with an aftermarket tune, the performance benefits increase even further, making this a foundational upgrade for any EcoBoost build.
