Excessive radiant heat from the turbo not only raises intake air temperatures but can also shorten the lifespan of nearby components. By containing that heat, the COBB Turbo Blanket improves reliability, protects under-hood parts, and enhances overall performance.

Constructed with a fragmentized volcanic rock outer layer rated for 1500°F direct heat and 1800°F radiant heat, this blanket is built to handle extreme conditions. Internally, it’s insulated with high-temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool, rated for 1800°F direct heat and up to 2300°F peak heat, ensuring maximum heat containment where it matters most.
