Handcrafted from U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel with a .065” wall thickness, the 0FG catback exhaust system is designed to handle everything from daily driving to off-road abuse.

The system begins with dual 2.5” equal-length front pipes that merge into a bespoke 3” straight-through, dual-resonated midpipe. Tuned specifically for the 3.4L twin-turbo engine, this layout delivers a deep, rich exhaust note while maintaining excellent flow and efficiency. Integrated into the midpipe is AWE’s patented 180 Technology®, which cancels drone-causing frequencies to keep the cabin comfortable at cruising speeds without sacrificing aggression under throttle.

The AWE 0FG Exhaust accommodates both hybrid and non-hybrid Tundra models and provides ample clearance for factory driveshaft loops, gas tank placement, and the retractable BedStep®. Wheelbase extension sections are included with every kit, ensuring proper fitment for both Double Cab and Crew Cab configurations with 5.5-foot or 6.5-foot beds.

Drivers can choose between two rear configurations. The high-clearance BashGuard™ setup ends after the rear axle for maximum departure angle and trail protection, featuring a reinforced .125” thick stainless steel ring at the outlet for extreme durability.
